I am very satisfied with the care I've received from Dr. K. Two years ago, he performed an electrocautery procedure for treating basal cell cancer on my upper back. The surgery healed very well in a short time and the skin remains soft and smooth. I believe Dr. K. is very skilled in his diagnoses and surgeries. I feel very comfortable during my visits. The doctor is gentle with exams and treatment. His bedside-manor-sense- of-humor is entertaining and makes me giggle. I appreciate Dr. K's dermatology specialty and recommend him to my friends!

The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I had seen a Dermatologist some years ago who identified a growth on my back as a barnacle. However, he did not recommend doing anything to it. When I visited Dr. Kraffert, he 'froze' it and now it is gone and so is the itch!

Dr. Kraffert also found and removed a basil cancer cell. He and his staff are first class.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They greeted you with a smile and seemed genuine. They gave me such a warm welcome. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. This provider is the best I've found. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.

The attractive and friendly staff at Redding Dermatology are amazing. With every visit they greet me with a smile on their face. Dr. Kraffert not only remembers my name (he has nicknamed me Hollywood), but my case history. This is especially significant to me, as I have been a patient with Dr. Kraffert for many years. Recently, I developed a terrible rash on my forehead, which I believed to be poison oak. Dr. Kraffert made arrangements for me to be seen the next day. When I came in, he diagnosed my condition immediately as shingles. He explained the reason for the outbreak (Maricella Zoster virus), background concerning the virus, and what I could expect as far as symptoms. He prescribed medication for me, and as it was imperative that I start it immediately, made arrangements with the local CVS pharmacist to prepare the prescription immediately. My heartfelt thanks go out to you and your enchanting staff Dr. Kraffert!
