I just went to see Dr. Sofen this week on a worker's comp. claim. I was not expecting much in the way of personnel service due to the type of visit. Dr. Sofen was a great guy, very easy going, and explained the whole worker's comp. process to me. He even offered me some information on some new cutting edge dermatology tests that he personally worked on. He and his staff were great and I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks again for the information on the new treatments.

Very friendly staff. Dr Sofen was great. he is, in my opinion, very knowledgeable . He explained everything to me in simple terms that i could comprehend.

I've seem many doctors, and Dr. Sofen is by far the clearest communicator of any doctor I have ever met. He is relaxed, personable, informative and I feel an expert in his field. Of all the doctors I've visited, this appointment was one of the most pleasant and productive. His office staff is wonderful, they actually have a sense of humor in addition to being efficient! April went out of her way to provide me with information that I needed. I highly recommend Dr Sofen and his staff!

Dr. Sofen was very nice, answered all me questions and explained every thing in detail. We had several interests in common. So the conversation during the appointment put me at ease and made the visit comfortable.

The staff was always courteous and pleasant but the Dr. always treated me like a complete stranger. I was a prior patient for years, and even participated in a months long trial of a new ointment that the Dr. suggested that I try.
I feel his treatments were good and his competance outstanding, but would encourage better patient recognition.
I have decided to give him another try after a couple of years seeing a dermatoligist who is always booked up to 60 days in advance, but I have a more immediate need.
Maybe we can renew a doctor/patient relationship and I hope you don't mind some honest feedback.
