When I come here, I always get a polite greeting. The staff is "friendly enough" and always helpful if I have a question or concern. I've certainly been made to feel "forward" or "aggressive" or clearly "under-educated or uninformed" with medical questions/concerns at some other places, but not here. I have both patient and care-giver experience with Dr. Van and his staff and notably, have first hand experience with a very kind demonstration of compassion and comfort during a particularly trying visit with my mother. Dr. Van Hamersveld and his staff stand out as patient-centric and are particularly good examples of how medical professionals should behave. They have established the standard by which I judge all others.
