I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.very professional. dr. kozina is one of the most caring physicians i have ever seen. he takes time to explain the diagnosis as well as answering questions and talking about my health overall, makes suggestions to improve outcomes. i highly reccommend dr. kozina. you can see his passion for what he does by his knowledge and time he spends with you. very unique physician. wish all could be like him. his staff is excellent as well very nice and empathetic of others great overall experience.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
