They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my visit went and how helpful the doctor was. It really went well.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Dr. Sacks is the most caring, kind physician I have ever known!
