Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

The dr did not greet me by name merely said take a seat. He made no eye contact was dismissive and wrote a prescription for a new and extremely expensive medicine that is ultimately not covered by my insurance. What is worse is the fact that of the very few questions the dr asked at no time did he ask questions that would contraindicate the medication he prescribed.
Check the LA Times - this dr is highly compensated by pharma .... ugh
I only knew the appt was over when he said, " leave the door open". that was my cue to leave. Strangest encounter ever.
Hard to find office in the building and while there is parking it is very expensive. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
