They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
