Dr. Kramer is a great doctor. You can get in to see him fairly quickly, and I have found that his office may be open to accepting different insurance arrangements. I just love the "old fashioned medicine" model practiced here. The medical assistant knows you by name, talks to the doctor about your condition, CALLS YOU BACK, asks how you are doing. asks you TO call back and let them know how you are doing, etc. You are a person! You are not part of a SYSTEM. On the down side of old-fashioned medicine, you need to accept the physician's personality, which is the down side. If you overlook this and focus on the care you are getting, you will be very satisfied. Dr. Kramer diagnosed a condition for me that I had been living with for a long time. In my experience before this, I was never referred to an ENT, treated by primary care providers. The tendency was to "write off" my symptoms as due to something else more minor or perhaps psychological.
