I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over. I am beyond happy with my results. They turned out far better than I could have ever hoped for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than not being listened to or having your questions answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. Dr. Rice followed up several times a year after the procedure. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. Dr. Rice is an artist who has put the care back into healthcare.

Office is beautiful! Staff are liars and cover for incompetent doctor who performs surgical proceedures that he is obviously not qualified to do!! Was told it was my fault my body healed soo poorly and that I am on my own to fix his poor surgical results, which by the way is going to cost me $10,000-15,000-OUCH!!!! Dont bother w this surgeon!! Spend a little more and pay for a good one! AMEN
