Yes, extremely spacious

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. The nurses were nice, but the receptionist seemed like I was taking time out of her day to schedule my appointments. I am pretty sure that is her job. Staff would be ok, minus the receptionist.
