Dr. Cohen and his staff are consistently efficient, concerned with patient's comfort, and ready and willing to listen to the patient. It isn't very often you find a staff as dedicated and willing to help. Jenna is especially efficient and sincerely concerned with the patient's comfort. I have been seen by Dr. Cohen at both his office in Placentia and in Orange. He always is ready to listen and takes time to make you feel at ease. He even has quite a sense of humor. He makes sure you understand his assessment and plan of treatment. His office staff is simply the best. They are willing to help with any questions and make scheduling appointments as easy as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen.

the people thay work over ther mean eventhough hey are wrong they lie tey your appoint,ent canceled becouse dr is not going to be in the office or he is not going to be in when actually the dr is in the office when u fing out dr is in the office and you ask them why tou lie they say beous you are not new pationt or may be becous i have a medle estern accent i really dont know 21 century and still acting this way in may case i have a tomor in my mouth and befor i open my mouth they say oh iknoe iknow efor ket me i say a worf doc kohen is very nice guyhe is a good dr but when you hang with wrong crowd wht u spect i will find out if he knows about all this thing and what is going on his office i feel sorry for what hapen i told my wife to call and cofirm appi, tjey told her at 2,15 when i called abd ask them you told e dr not hear and cance;; me she said becous you are not new paitiont we saw you few years back if you reading this dont blam dr just wait for the day that hey call u and postpond your appoinment good lock

I went as a referral for a minor nose problem. His surgery made it significantly worse. In the follow up, he made it completely obvious that he didn't care about me or what I had been through. I don't feel like I can count on him to work with me to find a solution for my situation. He messed up my nose and told me it wasn't his fault, and I could try a teaching university to see about further work, that there was nothing more he could do for me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible he was, I never would have gone. I hate to say it but the staff here is just not that friendly, and the wait is long with no explanation why or how long you should anticipate the wait will be.
