Dr. Carol Jackson is the ideal physician who truly cares, knows a tremendous amount about ears and is a highly trained surgeon. She has been my doctor for vertigo for many years and I'm so thankful it's under control. Dr. Jackson has been the ear doctor for our family and friends for deafness, ear infections, ear tumors and is the best for surfers ears. She takes a lot of time with every patient, never seems rushed and has a tremendous resource in her nurses and audiologist Dr. Aubrey Mey.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the state of art services immaculate building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget and work me in the same day whenever I have an important need. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Best of all, I always receive sound advice that treats my ear problems. I have confidence in Dr. Carol Jackson and the very sweet audiologist Dr. Aubrey Mey.

By Hoag Hospital we were pleasantly surprised at the lowest prices hearing aids we could find anywhere in Orange County. We shopped in Huntington and Laguna Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and where grand dad lives in Santa Ana. We got the digital hearing aids he needed at the best prices with excellent service and the highest skills. The Dr. of Audiology at Ear and Balance was fabulous with cranky grandpa. No wonder everyone there is smiling. The hearing aids are easy to use, small like he insisted and work great. Now he enjoys walking the dog and visiting the neighbors again. All around good experience at Ear and Balance at Dr. Carol Jackson's clinic.
