Here's the deal. I've been in this Man's office 3 times. So I know the drill.

WARNING: If you ONLY have Medical this office will give you Hell and heartache. ANY medical facility CAN see you if you have Medical, but they don't want to because they get paid less from Medical than from any other provider. Regardless, if you ARE approved by Medical I would urge you to stay put and demand to be seen THAT day. They can bill other offices after you leave.

So, for one. Next time you're there take a good look at the air vents, the fake plants, the walls, enjoy the dust and grime. Clearly they can pick up a phone and bill insurance companies but no one knows how to dust or clean.

I'm glad Dr.Singh fell into ENT work because he'd be lousy at psychiatry, psychology, or being a general practitioner. He's not personable, not approachable, talks too fast, I don't believe he was trained to HELP people as much as he was to take insurance money or cash from your wallet. For a man who works with EARS you figure he'd know to speak slower and clearer for his patients who are mostly DEAF. I think for the 2 times I saw him (I was turned away the first time, didn't even see anyone. They basically kicked me out because I only had Medical. After Medical promised to pay them regardless.) I spent maybe 8 minuets with him in total.

Now let's talk about his staff. They NEVER have their paperwork straight. Never. They never know if I've been there before. Never know where my paperwork is. Never know what I'm there for. Never check the paperwork to see if I've already filled out paperwork. Always give me Hell about billing/Medical. You run the office, you have the paper work, YOU HAVE THE INFORMATION IN YOUR OFFICE and you're asking ME? I understand they do several jobs at once, but no one in his office has a single clue what they are doing.
Like chickens with their heads cut off.

This office is mostly a dirty mad house run by an idiot looking for fast cash.

The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I waited two hours to be seen not to mention i came in for my tonsils and all he could do was make comment about my weight

VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Doctor was the rudest doctor that I have ever met. I called to see if I could reschedule my daughter's procedure but instead of getting a straight no. The doctor just very impolitely told me to find another doctor because he was not going to see us anymore. Only because I had something important come up in my life and wanted to see if I could reschedule.
