I went to Dr. McKissock for Botox and filler after having gone to his partner Dr. Falvey for a few years. I was very happy with my results and his suggestions to questions I had about other procedures....no pressures!

After having massive facial reconstructive surgery following a violent crime decades ago, I needed a facelift in the worst way. The lower part of my face looked 20 years older than the upper part. I saw Dr. Falvey several times over the course of two years. He was always very patient, caring and approached my needs in an intelligent and conservative fashion. I did not want the "skin tight" look.
Every aspect of preparing for the procedure was impeccable. The actual procedure was flawless and painless and the follow-up was very "close-quarter" with daily check-ups to make certain that all was proceeding in a optimal fashion.
Never at any time did I feel pressured. Every aspect of the process was comforting and comfortable. The staff simply exudes confidence and caring. The entire group's commitment to my optimal result was obvious. I felt as though everyone was invested in me looking better and feeling better about my appearance.
Everyone who knows me thought I looked wonderful but could not figure out "why" I looked great. I'm not telling! However, I sent a number of friends and colleagues to the practice and they were equally thrilled. I returned to have my drooping eyelids "repaired". Again, an exceptional experience.

This is my first review ever. I am finding myself doing tons of investigating online these days before I see any new dr, restaurant etc. I have been a patient of Dr McKissock and Dr Falvey for years. They are simply THE BEST!

I have been to several plastic surgeon offices and I have to say hands down, Dr McKissock and Dr Falvey are the most knowledgeable, kindest, skilled doctors I have ever met, including drs in Beverly Hills to Newport Beach. The staff are sooo sweet and accommodating. I ONLY trust this office for my Botox and ALL cosmetic needs. Dr Mcissock spent 45 minutes, looking at my face symmetry, discussed what areas I was most concerned with, made sure it was not painful and actually marked areas for injections. I went to a "boutique" cosmetic office once, to try a "special offer" but i walked out in ten minutes and spent over $1000 on injectibles that I was not happy with, felt cheated and the effects were very short lived. Not only are Dr John and Dr Falvey's office price competitive, but for the service and expertise, it is actually cheaper than most places.
I also had a few surgical "improvements" and I could not have been more pleased. It is always stressful to decide to go under anesthesia, recovery time and cost involved, but their office made it sooo easy and did not "up sell" like most surgeons and cosmetic offices. You don't leave feeling like you should do more or feel like you are financing your house. Jennifer and Alma in the front desk were so very welcoming, warm and incredibly accommodating. Carol discussed prices in her office that was very discreet and (she has worked here for 30 plus years...wow)She worked with me in figuring out what I was comfortable spending and the cost was more than competitive and fair, but I would have paid triple for the results and treatment I received...don't tell the dr's :)
With previous anesthesia, I have been sick and felt horrible waking up. I mentioned this to the Anesthesialogist, Dr Yee and she was AMAZING. They have a surgical center in the office, so it could not be more convenient or discreet. The day of surgery, Dr Yee made sure I was comfortable and I had absolutely no anxiety going under....she is magical. I was not in pain when I woke up, didn't feel sick and actually left feeling great!! I feel when you spend money on elective surgeries, you should leave feeling happy and comfortable.
Every time, I had an appt, I was greeted by Nurse Janie who could not have been nicer. She was so gentle, accomodating and seemed to always make me laugh, so I would forget about any post op procedure.
The Dr's are perfectionist and by far the BEST in their field.
When I do need a bit more "perfecting" :) I am actually excited to see Dr John and Dr Falvey again in the near future.

Ohhh, the ladies in the office are all lovely and beautiful, but not overdone with Botox, oversized lips and exagerated boobs..unlike many offices in Beverly Hills and Newport...so you don't feel insecure and inadequate about walking into a cosmetic surgeon office.

They never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me and they made sure that all my questions were answered. After my procedure, the doctor gave my his card with his cell phone number and told me to call anytime if I had any issues, which I didn't. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Not really, it seemed like they didn't want to be there

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never been critical of my appearance, and always work hard to make me feel supported and encouraged. I was so happy with how my surgery turned out that I told everyone I know how great they were. Anytime I hear that someone is looking for a cosmetic surgeon, I recommend them.

I am beyond happy with my results. They turned out far better than I could have ever hoped for. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the doctor. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
