They were extremely forthcoming with information and were able to answer all of my questions. They reassured me that if I had more questions I was welcome to call. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt a lot safer and more comfortable when they gave me detailed, written information about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first. I wasn't worried at all going into surgery.
