Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
