No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did you meet with the cosmetic surgeon during your consultation, or a representative?
The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Yes! They gave me detailed, written information about their policies
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
