The office was very easy to locate. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. . I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I am going to refer everyone I know who needs breast cancer reconstruction.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
