The doctor was friendly enough. They made me feel pretty comfortable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. As far as the waiting room goes, the chairs are so-so. It's not that I was uncomfortable while waiting to see the doctor, but I would have expected something a little nicer for a cosmetic surgeon's office.
