The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like

They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. All of my questions were answered and I felt totally prepared for everything. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
