Dr. Kaufman should have retired before he did. I had a very bad experience
He was attempting to do a procedure on me and was using the wrong size instrument and kept jabbing it in the wrong place. He was yelling at the nurse that he could not see and for the nurse to hold the flash light close. The nurse looked horrified. I was screaming in pain and the Doctor just said I am not trying to hurt you mam. When I left I said to his nurse he needs to retire. I should have reported it to Eisenhower hospital at the time.I found out he had retired and I was told by other Doctor at a later date he had Dementia. His family or his office staff should have reported his behavior long before. I guess the office staff just were worried about their jobs

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
