They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I have seen Dr. Gardner for over 12 years. She is outstanding. Dr. Gardner consistently explains all the risks and benefits of any condition or treatment options, often times calling after hours to give me test results. Everything is explained in detail, all my questions are answered, and I always feel a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Dr. Gardner is exceptionally thorough and knowlegeable. She consistently "goes the extra mile" for her clients.
