I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
