The previous review was not my experience. Although all of the staff were quite pleasant, Dr. Graham was an arrogant, insensitive, miserable doctor. I had been having issues with my eyes watering constantly. The assistant took my glasses away & put drops in my eyes. Dr. Graham came in, did not introduce himself, and barely listened as I explained the various treatments I had already been through. He told me I had ulcers in my eyes & gave me a prescription stronger than my last. When I asked him what it meant to have ulcers in my eyes (scary), he replied, "You mean you don't know what an ulcer is?" I replied, "Of course I know what an ulcer is, I've just only heard them in reference to a stomach." He replied, "YOU SHOULD GOOGLE IT." What kind of a doctor is too damn busy to explain to a patient the condition they have just been diagnosed with?!? And that I should Google it? Bad form Mr. Graham, bad form.
