The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
