My family and I have been going to Dr. Hartman for many years. I first saw him when I was a child. He and his staff always go out of their way to spend extra time explaining everything. Sometimes we have to wait 15 minutes or so beyond our appointment time, but it's because he's spending that extra time with someone else. I've never been anything but happy after my visit. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, it was convenient

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
