I am just disgusted at the level of service their optical sales department. A woman by the name of Wendy made me feel like she was doing me a favor ordering glasses for me and although they are supposed to be open until 5 p.m. they actually lock customers out of their office 4:55. Would not recommend this office to any of my friends or family. Jeannette V
I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
