Eye exam was professional although very long. Was not able to return to their office due to illness and Covid restrictions. When I called to get my prescription they said they couldn't give it to me due to no prescription was in my records. Required they prepare a prescription based on my exam. That could be done either. Asked to speak with Manager, they said they would leave her a message. Never her from her either.
