They totally screwed me up . . .I had an appointment which they cancelled the morning of - after I had already arrived. . . their person was on vacation - RUDE - like they didn't know that last week!!!!!!! - I drove an hour and a half in to see them - they did even care - my time and needs meant nothing to them. They wouldn't even try to help me get an appointment with someone else - NEVER again!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes everything was neat and sterile
