BEWARE... This man nearly killed my dad by giving him a staph infection from his unsanitary conditions. My dad FOUGHT HARD for his life. spent months in and out of the hospital, had a port for IV for many months, lost months of his life (and frankly will never truly recover) and this "man" (what a loose term I use) could careless. He saw my dad at a coffee bean with my then 1 1/2 year old daughter (the light of his life) he could barely function (5 months later) and all of his energy had gone Into that one outing for the day...this terrible human told him casually "hope you're doing okay" and he stopped checking in on his condition because his daughter (me) was rude. RUDE? at the last visit with this incompetent "person" He walked in, arrogant in a way I can't describe and was SUPER chipper as if he walked into Disneyland asking how my dad was. My response? what do you mean? how is my dad? he is fighting for his life. because of you. how dare you ask such a question and in that manner. (my dad at the time was still hit or miss day to day and the doctors kept telling us they were unsure if he would make it...at 60 years old and prior he was healthy as a horse) Dr. Jabour, to add insult to injury after nearly costing him his life then did the most heinous thing of all..tried to charge my dad for follow up scans to check if the STAPH HE CREATED was gone. My dad had been referred to him by a friend and thought he would do right by him after finding out what his center had done to him....not even close. Horrible human, horrible doctor and the state of California has a tiny legal cap on malpractice lawsuits so you'll spend more on your council then you will get back in monetary compensation. But this horrible human paid ZERO my dad paid out 1000s and 1000s of dollars, he couldn't run his business for months, and nearly lost his life. when I say STAY AWAY I mean it and this "man" should have his medical license revoked.

Dr Jabour, head of Smart Brain and Health, Did so much damage to our daughter, who suffers greatly with OCD. We spent our life savings into getting her help, that they kept promising, would change her life. It changed it for the worst !!! Absolutely no follow up, even when she called to say her thoughts were very scarey and didn't know what to do. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED TO FIND OUT HOW SHE WAS DOING!! Much more i could write...All they cared about was the money, because thats the only time they would call you, not about how she was doing, just about what she owed! These people that went thru treatment at the same time my daughter did are in the same boat...much worse, unable to work- function and live a normal life
!! He goes on the Dr. Phil show and puts SO MUCH HOPE for those that suffer OCD, that ppl. from all over were calling and ending up going out there for treatment, and they had given each one FALSE HOPE, when this was their final light of hope for them. We want our money back for the damage this treatment has done, and it has done MAJOR DAMAGE!! We like alot have no more money to get other help because they raped us all of we had. Dr. Jabour just doesn't care about the patient, just whats in his pocket!! OUR MONEY...NO ONE should trust this place...Smart,Brain and Health...they are a joke that has put an end to our daughter life, as in living a life, working and just the simple things we all have no problems with, but for her, are huge! There should be a refund for treatment and pain and suffering they are going thru now and have been since treatment!!! VERY VERY UPSET AND SCARED!!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
