There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I loved Dr. Claudia Jensen when I was a kid... she took the time to explain a lot of really weird and uncomfortable things that i didn't know about... especially during a time when the internet was still quite young. She's in a better place now, but the doctors that remain at her firm still practice with the most compassionate personalities you've ever experienced in a doctor's office. Truly the way a medical office should run.
