I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.

I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
