Probably, I wasn't impressed

Not really, they should have made more of an effort

There were signs, but they weren't very noticeable

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I do think they tend to overtreat illness with antibiotics - it seems my daughter is always on them. The other issue we have had is that at times they have given us a scare with possible exotic illnesses (kawasaki's syndrome) when there are more likely options (roseola) Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

All the time! I think they're just trying to make money off me

No, I don't think so
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
