Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
