This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. If I could put zero stars I would. Mr. Neal does not deserve to continue to have this job. I DO NOT reccomend him if you value your child's health.

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed!
