They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
