When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I will absolutely return... I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. One female doctor here made my daughter in law so upset she will never return. My other daughter in law loves this doctros office.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Dr. Schmottlach has taking care of all 3 of my kids. He's a top-notch doctor. If his voicemail system didn't keep us on hold for 5+ minutes every time we call, I'd give him 5 stars. Really Doc, kill all the voicemail promo stuff and get people connected faster. So many of us have ATT mobile phone service which can't even go 5 minutes without dropping a call. Good job at keeping the kids alive and well!
