He told me to let my baby cry through the night, & if he threw up from crying it would be okay. All I had to do is clean up the throw up! I will NEVER go here or let anyone I know go to this man.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. He seems very arrogant also.
