I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Dr. Jordan is an amazing Neurosurgeon. I had a spinal fusion on 9/22/11 of L4, L5, S1. Its just over a week from the procedure and the lifelong pain I was suffering from is GONE. I still have some surgical pain but it is fading fast. I was so impressed by the care and attention to detail from Dr. Jordan and his staff I can and will reccomend this office full of professionals to anybody. I cant thank them enough.
