They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

No. I still haven't talked to them.
