After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment, we waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. But, the visit was thorough and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. No one even checked on us while we sat in a patient room for over an hour in uncomfortable chairs (after spending almost an hour in the waiting room). The staff have continued to be rude through follow-up. We will not return to see this doctor.

Dr Von Lanthen, was greatt! She was very thorough which I appreciate very much. She was dedicated to finding the problem with my daughter. She made me feel at ease about the procedures. She did NOT rush me when we were in her office. She really took her time and made us feel like we were her only patient. After the procedure she went over every picture and step of the procedure with us and what she saw. We did have to wait a while in her office, but it's because there was an emergency and I'm so glad that we waited and used Dr Von Lanthen. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
