Dr. Krishnan did not have a good bedside manner whats so ever. Before my procedure he did not come and talk to me and assure me about the procedure. I felt like he was mad at me, he kind of yelled out that if this third steroid injection doesn't work, I won't give you another !!! I was not expecting another and why would I do something again that is not working all three times, because I like pain, lol. He additionally was wearing all military attire which was real strange, I didn't ask. I really overall felt ignored and like the staff, especially the Dr. was bothered by me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
