Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very impressed by how clean their office was. Everything was neat and orderly, and it was obvious that they cared about making sure everything was sterile for their patients. I appreciated the amenities of their waiting room. I've always appreciated how understanding and flexible they are with their appointment times here. They always try to work with my schedule and figure out a time that works for me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff is intelligent, friendly, and caring. Dr. Hurm is exceptional in every way.
