I wish they had explained my treatment's risks and benefits more clearly. I didn't feel very confident going into surgery. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I would never recommend them to anyone. They ruined my life. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR...EVER!!!!
