They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Every time I visit, they over-treat my child even if it's a really simple illness. I feel like they're just trying to make money off me. My child hated this pediatrician so much that we no longer see them. Their bedside manner was atrocious. They shouldn't be dealing with kids. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
