Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I felt pushed into vaccinating my child and was not listened to when she had troubles from it. My subsequent child was clearly vaccine injured.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Actually, I could care less about the waiting room chairs- cheap or expensive, and the loudness of the waiting room experience is beside the point. I choose my medical practitioners (and those for my children) based on the quality of the direct service, knowledge. and ability to be responsive to my needs as a client. In regards to these, more important measurements, Dr Eve Shapiro's office has earned 5 stars for me over the last few years. Wellness.com should find more relevant questions to ask on it's survey.
