Although Dr. Jones is great and take good care of her patients, my family chose to look for a new pediatrician because we could never get anyone to call us back when we needed an appointment. I am an experienced Mom with healthy kids for the most part. I tried for 3 months playing phone tag with the office to get a welness visit for both my daughters. The was even after giving them time of day when I could be reached. Also, when one of my kids got really sick and I called several times throughout the day, I could never get the on call nurse to pickup and nobody would call me back.

We have been going to Dr Jones for about 12 years. She is awesome. She has always been there to answer questions & takes excellent care of my girls. She is willing to spend time with us & listen to our complaints.
