I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts.
