One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. In the middle of my consultation, they got up and left me alone for a very long time. I had no idea what they were doing or when they were coming back. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
