I feel completely confident in her care. She is one of the few psychiatrists I respect and trust. She paid close attention to me and my specific needs. I never felt like a number in her schedule. I would easily recommend her to a family member or friend, without hesitation. She is the best psychiatrist I have worked with. She has the experience to know which questions to answer and when. She has the experience to know when to listen and let you come to the conclusion on your own. She is alway supportive and I have never felt abandoned or uncared for. You can reach her receptionist by phone, there is no answering machine unless calling after hours. However, I have not needed to use this. During office hours, you do not always get a person to pick up the first time as they are likely helping someone else. But I can always get through in a reasonable time frame. I always talk with the same wonderful receptionist. It is human contact and It feels more confidential that way, to me. Her receptionist is always pleasant and helpful, respectful.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
